Mick has worked in the housing industry since leaving school in 1985, starting with an apprenticeship in cabinetmaking and shopfitting before joining one of Perth's largest builders.
Over more than 21 years he moved into maintenance and construction management with some of Perth's most respected building companies, completing more than 4,000 inspections along the way. For the past eight years he has run his own renovation company, giving him hands-on knowledge of every stage of residential construction.

Get in touch with our team and we'll do our best to fit in with your required dates. We understand inspections are often time-sensitive.
We started this business with hands-on experience building and maintaining homes. We understand why something has been built a certain way, what could become a problem, and how to identify good or poor workmanship.
We recommend it. We attend after the waterproofing is done and before any tiles are laid, and check your wet areas are up to standard. It's a simple step that helps prevent costly, damaging leaks.
You'll receive your invoice once the inspection is complete, and your report is sent as soon as payment is received. For single and double storey new build inspections, payments are spread evenly across each stage.
We email a PDF copy of your report within 24 hours of receiving payment. If payment is made over the weekend, you'll receive it on Monday.
